On the appeal from the Kaharlyk City Council deputies to the United Nations, all member countries of the North Atlantic Alliance, the United States, Great Britain, leaders of these countries and the entire international community to close the airspace in Ukraine
Given the aggravation of the situation in Ukraine related to the war started by the Russian Federation, the prevention of an increase in civilian casualties, in accordance with Articles 26.59 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", the city council decided:
1. To approve the appeal from the Kaharlyk City Council deputies to the United Nations, all member countries of the North Atlantic Alliance, the United States, Great Britain, leaders of these countries and the entire international community to close the airspace over Ukraine.
2. To send this decision to the Secretary of the City Council at the United Nations Headquarters and the Headquarters of the North Atlantic Alliance, the President of the United States of America and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
3. To the leading specialist on coverage of information of department of organizational and personnel work of executive committee of city council to provide publication of this decision on the official site of Kaharlyk city council and in the newspaper «Visnyk of Kaharlychchyna».

from the Kagarlyk City Council deputies to the United Nations, all member countries of the North Atlantic Alliance, the United States of America, Great Britain, leaders of these countries and the entire international community on the closure of airspace in Ukraine
A bloody war was broken out by Putin's Russia in Ukraine. Not being able to overcome our Armed Forces, interventionists inflict terrible distructions in residential areas, destroy infrastructure, kill defenseless civillians, including already dozens of children. Massive air raids, winged shelling and ballistic missiles are carried out from the territory of Russia and Belarus. Ukrainian pilots and air defenses have already destroyed dozens of airplanes and helicopters, but we are dealing with one of the world's largest armies.
Of course, we will win - and we are sure of that. Ukrainians are grateful to everyone who extends a helping hand to us from abroad. But every day day, more and more civilians die, siren airborne alarm is heard several times a day, frightened children spend nights in bomb shelters. Many are forced to become refugees in these harsh days.
The community of Kaharlychchyna, as well as all long-suffering Ukrainian people, appeal to you: Close the sky over Ukraine!
Every day of procrastination, every hour counts new victims, which you can and should stop!!!

про закриття повітряного простору на Україною
В Україні триває кривава війна, яку розв’язала путінська Росія. Не будучи в змозі подолати наші Збройні Сили, інтервенти завдають страшних руйнувань у житлових кварталах, знищують інфраструктуру, вбивають беззахисних мирних жителів, серед яких уже десятки дітей. Масовані авіаційні нальоти, обстріли крилатими і балістичними ракетами здійснюються з території Росії і Білорусі. Українські льотчики та протиповітряна оборона знищили вже десятки одиниць літаків і вертольотів, але ми маємо справу з однією із найбільших армій світу.
Звісно, ми переможемо – і ми впевнені в цьому. Українці вдячні всім, хто з-за кордону простягає нам руку допомоги. Але з кожним днем війни гине все більше і більше мирних людей, сирена повітряної тривоги лунає по кілька разів на день, перелякані діти ночують у бомбосховищах. Багато хто змушений у ці суворі дні ставати біженцем.
Громада Кагарличчини, як і весь багатостраждальний український народ, звертається до вас: ЗАКРИЙТЕ НЕБО НАД УКРАЇНОЮ!
Кожний день зволікання, кожна година ведуть відлік нових жертв, які ви МОЖЕТЕ – І ПОВИННІ – ЗУПИНИТИ!!!
